Aggregation and precipitation occur at around pH 4,2 as phycocyanin&#8217;s structure is combined with protein. Its stability is improved when used together with milk, egg or other ingredients containing protein.\u3002<br>\n<br>\n<strong>3.Heat stability<\/strong><br>\nIt is recommended to add LINABLUE\u00ae to a solution after it is cooled down. It can also be added to a solutiont hat is 60\u00b0C or cooler, but should be cooled down further immediately after adding in LINABLUE\u00ae. Its stability improves in high density sucrose solutions.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>4.Light stability<\/strong><br>\nIts color shade deteriorates when exposed to light, but when used together with an antioxidation agent like sodium ascorbate, its color stability is improved.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>5.Solubility in alcohol<\/strong><br>\nPrecipitation occurs if used in 100% alcohol, but LINABLUE\u00ae can be dissolved in solutions with less than 20% alcohol.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>6.Stability in the presence of metal ions<\/strong><br>\nAlthough affected by trivalent metal ions such as Fe3+ and Al3+, this can be mitigated through the use of a sequestering agent.\n          <\/div>\n\n\n\n          <br><br><br>\n<a class=\"anchorpoint\" id=\"anc4\"><\/a>\n          <h3 class=\"h3\" id=\"c\">Characteristics of LINABLUE\u00ae<\/h3>\n  \n          <div class=\"grid _2col\">\n              <div class=\"child\">\n               1. There are two type products\uff1aPowder and Liquid type.The particle size of the powdered form is 40 mesh or smaller. The liquid form is dissolved in glycerin.<br>\n                <br>\n                2.
