弊社製品の類似品に対するご注意

平素より弊社スピルリナ製品をご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。
弊社製品「NEWスピルリナEX」 に類似した他社製品が販売されております。
これらの製品の中には、「NEWスピルリナEX」 のリニューアル品であるとの虚偽情報を喧伝し販売しているものも報告されておりますが、
弊社は他の製品名への変更は実施しておりませんのでご注意ください。
「DICシンボルマーク 」 をご確認の上、ご購入くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。
また、類似品の購入等により発生した不利益、損害等につきましては、弊社はその責任を負いかねますのでご了承願います。

Warning Regarding Counterfeit Products

There may be cases where counterfeit goods or imitations of “NEW Spirulina EX” which are not authorized by us (“Counterfeit Products”) are marketed. It has been reported that some Counterfeit Products are being sold as re-branded “NEW Spirulina EX ” products. We have not changed this product’s name.
Please make sure to check for the official DIC logo as below before purchasing our products.
Counterfeit Products are not covered under any warranty by us. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising out of or related to Counterfeit Products.

弊社製品に関しては、商標権、著作権等の複数の知的財産権が存在し、別段の表示が付されている場合を除き、原則DICグループに帰属します。
また、模倣商品の販売や弊社の信用を毀損する行為は不正競争に該当する可能性があります。

We have a policy of taking strict measures both in Japan and overseas against violations of the DIC Group’s rights, including acts that constitute unfair competition. Please note that legal action may be taken in response to these acts.
